General Dynamics F-16A Block 10A Peace Marble I
Unit: 110 tajeset "Knights of the North", IDF/AF
Serial: 243 (s/n 78-0342, c/n 6V-35)

This Netz was one of the F-16As that participated in the raid on Iraq's nuclear power plant, in June 1981, and is shown in configuration as during that mission. The plane later went on to score a single kill against the SyAAF MiGs over Lebanon.

Unit: 110 tajeset "Knights of the North", IDF/AF
Serial: 250 (s/n 78-0346, c/n 6V-39)

F-16A '250' was used for scoring two kills against the Syrians in 1982. The aircraft was in service with the Knights of the North Squadron at the time. The aircraft had its fin repainted in the art of the squadron insignia shortly before the unit changed to F-16C Block 30s, in 1987.

Unit: 117 tajeset "First Jet", IDF/AF
Serial: 254 (s/n 78-0348, c/n 6V-41)

This Netz is something of a curiosity, then it was an early F-16A operated by the First Jet Squadron, but having a serial in the range 2xx. It was nick-named 'Noga' (Venus) while participating in the Lebanon War, and was used to score two kills against Syrian fighters.

This F-16A has got its tail re-painted with the large squadron insignia in the year 2000. This is the form in which most of IDF/AF F-16s wear the unit insignia in most recent times. The squadron patch is nevertheless still worn on the fin as well.

F-16A 290 as seen later through its career, while in service with the Negev Squadron. The aircraft still proudly displays two kill markings from 1982. On January 17th, 1995 collided with F-16A (80-0652, 269) near Palmachim, Israel. Pilot Captain Danny Oberst didn't survive. Written off on 17th January 1995.
