F4H-1 (F-4B-6-MC) | Unit: VF-74, US Navy Serial: 104/AJ (BuNo.148381) One of the first Phantom delivered to VF-74. Note the F4H-1 marking on the fuselage. Probably the photo (on which profile based) made during the first cruise of VF-74 with CVA-59 USS Forrestal, started in August 1962.
