Serial: 807

Peenemunde, 1967. Note: the locally developed adapters allowing four R-3S AAMs to be carried. In service at November 4, 1964. At JG-9 it crashed during runway speed test at the Aircraft Repair Factory in Dresden at April 7, 1967. Problems with the brakes at the end of the runway. Pilot died. At the end of his operation this plane was camouflaged.

The 950 was in service from 01.05.1965 until 10.05.1973 at JG-1, JG-2 JG-9. Later at officers academy as teaching material. At 15.10.1992 to the technical school at German Air Force and later to Luftwaffenmuseum Berlin - Gatow.
