This plane was the third and last ECM version of the Destroyer. Formerly RB-66B-DL. This plane is an EB-66E of the 363rd tactical reconnaissance wing based at Shaw AFB (South Carolina) used in training duties during the early 1970s.

One of two experimental aircraft, re-built by Northrop from standard WB-66D specially for programme LFC (Laminar Flow Control). It got new laminar wings. First flew on April 18th, 1963.
