One of the commercial versions for sanitary transport. This carried civil marking and signs of Red Cross plus indication of Imperial Service (derived from State Service Flag - not the first one (National Flagge common in civil marking) but the second one - Reichsdienstflagge). These signs remained in use at least until Summer 1940.
