Malmi, July 1948.

In November of 1941 Hermann Goering donated 15 Do 17Z-2 bombers to the Finnish air force, the aircraft arrived in January of 1942, DN-58 Survives the war and ends its days in mapping missions in the 1950s.

Noljakka, June 1942. The a/c repainted in standard camouflage. The squadron emblem of the LeLv46 in 1942-1944 was a Tossing Bull. It was used at least on DN-53...61 and DN-63...65. Look also at Germany section.

The aircraft issued to W/O Viljo Salminen of the Mapping Flight of LLv48 based at Onttola in April of 1943. The tail shows 21 mapping sorties and the farting moose of 2./LLv24. In 1941 Salminen was awarded the Mannerheim Cross.

According this source: Do.17Z-2 used in 1943 by a special long-range photo-reconnaissance flight. Note Ace of Spades insignia on nose, and winter camouflage.
