Anti-British Uprising in Iraq 1941 (Luftwaffe units)

During the Iraqi anti-British uprising Luftwaffe aircraft took part in action with Royal Iraqi AF markings crudely painted over the German markings (some aircraft still wore original markings).

New Iraqi AF operates almost helicopters Mi-17, UH-1, Bell-206 and several C-130 transports. They wore only Republic of Iraq new flag.
