Serial: 20 (BuNo.155483) Unit: VMO-2, USMC MCAS Camp Pendleton, 1973. Later the plane was modified to OV-10D. Then it was transferred to AMARC as PB0003 April 16, 1993. Noted cocooned at Falcon Field, Mesa, AZ November 2002. Noted October 7, 2004 at Boeing Facility, Mesa, AZ, allegedly to go to Colombian AF.
