The aircraft show insignia of French EC 1/2 'Cigognes' in order of visit of two French Mirage 2000B to Minsk Mazowiecki in 12-16th September 1994.

This airplane has personal mount of commander of the 1.ELT (1st Tactical Air Force Squadron), Lt.Col.Dipl.Pil.Robert Cerniak (nicknamed 'Skuter') painted under movable part of cockpit cover, which is represented by four-bladed clover leaf. There is also forename and family name of the commander of 1.ELT under the cockpit cover. This airplane was in stand of Polish Military Contingent of Republic of Poland Air Force during AIR POLICING mission in aerial area of Baltic countries, so called PKW 'ORLIK = Eaglet'. Regarding this, the painted memorial emblem presenting stylized eagle head under the chessboard on the rudder came from. The plane was prepared in this appearance for annual meeting of Republic of Poland Air Force squadron commanders taking place in Deblin since several years ago.
