This airplane bore French province name because Armee de l'Air proposed, before the WW2, to all French people to help Army to buy new aircraft by sending money. All aircraft bought by this way were christened after French regions names, like 'Flandre'. Note: 2nd escadrille insignia is SPA103 Fonck's stork. // According other source: this is N453.
