Avia S.199 - Czechoslovakia

Unit: 18. letecky pulk, 3. letka

Pardubice AB, early 1950s. The aircraft is painted in standard overall light grey-green colour, most probably the RLM 02 Grau. The spinner has a white band, the blades are black-green RLM 70 Schwarzgrun. The national insignia has blue outline and is carried in six positions. Note: the blue sector of Czechoslovak insignia always headed forward while the red one was placed nearest to the fuselage.
